Participant Eligibility
- Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.
- Must be a New York State Resident i.e. have lived in NY at least 12 months prior to participating in this program, and have an established domicile/permanent residence in NY.
- Must be enrolled in a teacher certification program at TC.
